Lipeng Wu received his BSc in Biology at the Agricultural University of Hebei in 2008 and obtained his MSc in Biochemistry under the guidance of Prof. Rui Wang at Lanzhou University in 2011. Then, he joined Prof. Matthias Beller’s group at the Leibniz-Institute for Catalysis e.V. (LIKAT) in Germany as a Ph.D. student and work on the alkene carbonylation reactions and carbon dioxide reduction. After graduation in 2014, he moved to the US and work with Prof. F. Dean Toste in Berkeley studied biomass conversion with funding from British Petroleum. In 2016, he was awarded European Marie Curie Fellowship in the UK with Prof. Ian Manners and work on inorganic polymers and main group chemistry. He started his independent research career in 2018 in LICP.

Mirko Rippke

Mirko Rippke received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Rostock in 2020. He then completed his Master of Science at the same university in 2022 and began his Ph. D. studies at the Leibniz Institute for Catalysis in Rostock. He has been working in the lab as part of a research exchange since April 2024.

Dr. Xiaoxian Li

Xiaoxian Li received his B.E. in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Harbin University of Commerce in 2014. Afterwards, he obtained his M.S. in Medicinal Chemistry at Shandong University in 2018, and obtained his Ph.D in applied chemistry at Tianjin University in 2022. In July 2022, he joined the lab as a postdoctoral.

Sida Li

Sida Li received his B.Eng. in Applied Chemistry at Qingdao University of Science and Technology in 2015 and obtained his M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry at Yunnan Minzu University in 2019. In June 2019, he joined the lab as a research associate. In September of 2020, he became a graduate student in our lab.

Bo Han

Bo Han received his B.Sc. in applied chemistry at Shaanxi Normal University in 2017. He joined Licp as a Master student directed by Prof. Yijin Su and then in May of 2020 he joined our Lab as a graduate student .

Jiong Zhang

Jiong Zhang received his BSc in chemistry at Henan University of Technology in 2017 and obtained his MSc in organic chemistry at Lanzhou University in 2020. Since september 2020, he has joined the lab as a research associate.

Chunping Ren

Chunping Ren received her B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering and Technology at Shengli College China University of Petroleum in 2018, and obtained her M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and Technology at Yantai University in 2021. Since July 2021, she has been a research associate in the Lab.

Ximei Tian

Ximei Tian received her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Tianjin University of Technology in 2021 and joined our laboratory as a direct doctoral student in September 2021.

Yaqiong Wang

Yaqiong Wang received her Bachelor's degree in chemistry at Henan University in 2022 and joined our laboratory as a Master in September 2022.

Wendi Yang

Wendi Yang received her Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer Material and Engineering from the University of Jinan in 2022 and joined our laboratory as a direct doctoral student in September 2022.
